These homes range from the custom two - bedroom model to the four - bedroom, 4,000 square feet + pool home in gated communities. Patty Jayne’s Cottages are a group of design homes that are from 1200 square feet to 2400 square feet with the trademark white step-up front porches. All are Key West style and some come standard with copulas. We have a new addition to this line that comes equipped with a swimming pool and screened enclosure. All homes come with upgraded cabinetry and tiled showers and some with generous garden tubs. These homes are owner occupied and located in Vero Beach. |
